So about 3 months ago i started my raw food life style i was doing great lost 20 pounds dropped my high bp in the first two weeks then about a month ago i was hospitalized for atrial fibrillation im only 27. I read some things on tyramine and how the two can be linked. So for now im cutting out most food that contain high levels of tyramine Bananas seam to be the culprit. i still want to be raw as much as i can, and am wondering does wheatgrass juice contains any tyramine? ........ edit i had two attacks it always happened in my sleep 3 am

Also feel free to add anything opinions etc
thanx

I'm copying this from a few sources online.
Foods containing tyramine:
"beer, ale, robust red wines, Chianti, vermouth, homemade breads, cheese, crackers (with cheese), sour cream, bananas (peel), red plums, figs, raisins, avocados, fava beans, Italian broad beans, green bean pods, eggplant, pickled herring, liver dry sausages, canned meats, salami, yogurt, soup cubes, commercial gravies, chocolate and all soy products.
Also great amounts of nuts, peanuts, coconuts, and brazil nuts may trigger hypertensive reactions and headaches."

I understand you want to if not heal then at least make your condition better with raw foods? Some people have a genetic propensity for atrial fibrillations and by proxy, higher risk of stroke. Make sure you eat enough since extreme dieting/weighloss can trigger heart arrhytmia.
Edit: also MAO inhibitors will put you at risk as they react with the tyramine which should otherwise be harmless to you.
