I would suggest that you download a tool such as cronometer http://spaz.ca/cronometer/ or fitday.com and use it to keep a check on what you are eating because it seems to be important to you.
I have read that you need 30 grams of protein per day and I keep a check on cronometer and I get that every day without adding any powder. Protein powder is a fractional food and I do not think that we should eat fractional food.
The best and healthiest source of protein is greens, sprouts and micro algae such as Spirelena which is 52% protein.

Having said all of that I think that you are only starting out and when you are starting out you should be lenient with yourself and eat whatever you want as long as it is raw. If protein powder helps to curb cravings then I have read that the sun warrior one is the best.

There are a lot of raw food athletes. Here is a website to get you started.

You can get all the protein you need from the food ... think lots and lots of greens. And 30 grams seems a tad high.

You'll be amazed at the energy level you will have when eating all raw foods.
