hi

im from denmark been veggie for about 18 years, sometimes vegan.

and about 2 weeks i got a rawfood "cook"book, so i tryed a few things in there , good stuff.
after that i googled rawfood i read some.

but anyway , my plan is to go raw for 1 month and see what that feels like.

so hoping to get somehelp for here

I feel like the best help I could ever give anyone is to get Alissa's book and also the DVD's. They will really help you know all the in's and out's of raw and living foods. Her book will answer every question you have and will have and then all the questions everyone else will have for you. The DVD's are Alissa showing you how to make all kinds of recipes....after watching you'll be able to follow any raw recipe with confidence and you'll also see how quick and easy raw food is to prepare.
