I'm thinking doing a water fast.. for a few days. I was thinking of maybe just making it a juice fast.. problem is I don't have a juicer.
Would just making things into smoothies ok? Like just grinding it all up instead?
Ok if I do go on this, how long should I do it for? (I'm trying to get rid of candida.. which is really bad right now).
If I'm taking a probiotic, what are the best times to take it? And how much should I take?
And should I include stuff like garlic and ginger? If so, how much?
Any other helpful tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
