So I just made Alissa's porridge recipe... yum! except I can't find buckwheat anywhere around my area, I did find organic buckwheat flour and used it. It turned out delish but i don't know if it is raw, i doubt it. :( I emailed the company it came from, hopefully it is but it still probably wasn't ideally sprouted and dehydrated as it should be. anyway, if anyone hasn't tried the porridge recipe, you should! :)
