But I am getting really beaten down and fusterated.

The benifits are out of this world. I don't have slumps in the middle of the day, I am full of life and energy all day!!

I am also full of gas and poop.

I am having trouble with my daily activites now. I normally go on long (2-4hour) hikes everyday and now I have days where I really struggle or even have to cut my hikes short and head back home because the excess gas makes me feel really sick to my stomach.

Pretty sure my issue is TOO much fiber..

I have read a lot of people saying its important to limit fruits or only eat fruits in the morning. So even though I feel like I could live of them I try to limit them. (AHHH google searches are soo full of contradictions).

I eat 2-5 servings of fruit in the am but then the rest of the day I eat vegetables. Lunch, afternoon snack and dinner is a mix of diffrent vegetables.

I am constantly feeling full and bloated. I have issues pooping and constantly have gas..

What can I do to conteract the tons of fiber I eat?? more fruit?? more oil and fats?

Also since I am a born again exerciser (spent 3 years living a sedentary life) I am not sure how much extra (above 72oz) I should be drinking...

I am sure that not enough H2O is part of my issue..

Relax and breathe. Your body will get used to all this healthy food. Just be patient. :)

Are you eating cruciferous veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, etc.? I've been eating this way almost 3 years and I still get bloated and gassy from those. *Ü*

Digestive issues are very common when switching to any radically new diet. It takes time for the body to adjust.
Since you seem to be so motivated to stay on this path I recommend just waiting it out. It might be certain foods or combination of foods that are giving you troubles, but if you are new to raw chances are that it's just a matter of getting used to it.

That said there are several ways to help improve digestion. The two that has helped me the most are fermented foods (like sauerkraut and nut yogurts) and yoga. Check youtube for yoga videos specifically for digestion, I think there's a few good ones there.
Also, supplementing with digestive enzymes will probably help as well. I haven't experimented enough with it myself to be able to recommend it though.

Well, probiotics like fermented foods are good.

Also.. build an enzyme bank from eating sprouted beans/seeds.

Juicing and blending using high powered blenders also make it tons easier on the stomach.

Juicing those extremely high fiber foods like those thick leafy greens, cabbages etc. Or just avoid the stems when you eat them.. that would make it better.

Also.. a good book: The PRO-VITA! Plan by Dr. Jack Tips.
