Hi, I was wondering if being on the raw food plan should I still be taking a multivitamin?

I take B12 and I take D in the winter.
I keep a check and I know that I am getting more than enough of everything else from my food.

Oh B12 is a good reminder, forgot about that one. I've been taking D3, the daily multivitamin and a few days a week spirulina.
The multivitamin I was a bit leery on since being on raw. I didnt know if i might be getting too much of a certain vitamin.

I use cronometer and know that I am getting enough. It is best to get them from food if you can.
