Where to buy some?? And what use to do they serve in dietary function? I have been craving some. Haven't found sufficient evidence my body needs anything they provide (yet!), but I am craving both + mustard greens like crazy! Any info would help... + recipes if you have them?

Also, I'm stumped. Any supplements or vitamins/minerals good for joint/cartilage? I suffer from weak spine & joints. I need to know what raw foods will fix this. I have tried calcium! Thanks.

I find horseradish at the regular grocery store. It's a big ugly white root.

You might like to check out this site's (http://bio-alternatives.net/)chondroitin and glucosamine. It's where I get mine. I like it that it's straight powder, no additives.
My chiropractor told me that he recommends every one of his patients take these 2 supplements daily for the rest of their lives (for what that's worth).
