So, I want to know what exercises you guys do for lats, chest, and spine? Also, leg stretches, if you have something for calves (mine are short). Also, gluteus maximus (butt) is tight, what do you do??

I need something ergonomic. I have no home gym, just a yoga mat and a stress ball!

But I am still looking for specific muscle groups that are bothering me more than others. I have managed to narrow down certain muscles to being "problem areas" for me and need to fix them!
