Hi,
Anyone have experience with both? I've been using coconut oil but today I bought coconut butter. The butter has the coconut meat included so perhaps its better?
Anyone know?

I was not using anything on my skin until we had the thread going here about the 109 year old man and I have since started to use a little olive oil on my face. I use a cotton pad with water to remove the dirt then I turn it over and put a little olive oil on the other side and do it again.
I use the coconut oil on my body after I shower.
I spent a long time not using anything on my body either and the only part of my body that ever asked for any moisturising was my lower legs but I have decided that if I can help out my skin and make to job easier for it then why not.

I think they are just talking about coconut oil...
I have been using coconut oil. I am wondering if anyone uses coconut butter or know anything about using one over the other?
Thanks!
