give yourself a massage. start at the lower right side by your pelvis and massage in tiny circular motions. slowly move up to the height of your bellybutton. when you get there... go straight across your belly and then down towards you pelvis again. you should start and end on either side of your pelvic bone.
do this over and over again... it's release the pain.
also... you can lay on your back with your knees pulled up to your chest. just totally relax... lay there for 5 minutes if you can. you should fart a LOT

Does it feel like a pressure inside your abdomen? does it hurt to contract or flex your abs, or even move at all?? I think I know this pain you're experiencing. I can't find anything that relieves it except lying down and not moving :( I was even 'forced' to take a pill because I was in so much agony (I only take pills in extreme cases)
I hope you find relief!! i've tried the suggestions above and haven't really found it helps much, maybe just a tiny bit, but I was still severely uncomfortable, but it's worth a shot! sometimes lying on my stomach with more weight on my right side helps slightly. but it still took a full two days for the pain to pass completely

thanks for the advice ladies. Phew! Today I feel better. Not sure what that was all about but I hope I NEVER exp. pain like that again. I've only felt pain like that 2 times before (c-sections, and knee surgery). It was THAT bad.

You should get your colon check. You could have pulp inside and the bowel was pushing on this.
I am glad that you are feeling better.
