I made this for the first time early last week and it was delish! Because I loved it so much and it's so easy I made it again over the weekend. My question is this: how long will it keep in the refrigerator? If I made it on Friday, is it still good this week?
Thanks! I still have some left and I want to eat it!! :)

Not quite sure, but I'd think that 2 or 3 days is max...but smell it and taste a little to see if it has a strange/weird taste to it. If still safe, I'd finish it off today or dehydrate to make crackers out of it (maybe adding a little flax seed to it). But if it doesn't smell or taste quite right to you, toss it.
I've never made it and had it last that long, though. If you find it makes too much for you to eat in a couple of days, perhaps halve the recipe.

Thank you! I appreciate it. Unfortunately my sense of smell/taste isn't super keen (yet) so I will have to guess.

I've used it 5 days after making, of course it's in the fridge. I like it in a salad.
