I recently purchased vitamineral green from Alissa's store, but can't find the nutritional content anywhere...how much iron, vitamin D, etc, etc. Does anyone know where this is?? Thank you!

I requested nutritional information directly from Healthforce. They sent me a label like the type you see on packaged food.

Note that this is for One Heaping Tablespoon.

Fat 0.8 gram
Sodium 77.mg
Carbohydrate 4.6 grams
Dietary Fiber 1.8 grams
Protein 4.4 grams
Calcium 33% RDA
Iron 150% RDA
Vitamin B12 83% RDA

All the other nutrients that are required by law to be listed on this type of label (including Vitamin D) were listed as 0.

As I understand it, there are lots of other nutrients and micronutrients in it, but that information was not available.

Very useful info, thanks!

Do you by chance know how many capsules make up a heaping Tablespoon? I've got the caps...

No clue on the caps. I'm not sure exactly how much a heaping Tablespoon is. My heaping Tablespoons are almost equal to 2 level Tablespoons.

You could open caps and fill up a level teaspoon to measure how much you are getting. For reference, there are 3 teaspoons in a Tablespoon.

8 caps/day=approximately 50 day supply. 1 Tbs=53-57 servings.

Just a comment on the iron content RK. Was at my naturopth yesterday who suggested as I am post menopausal I should not be taking supplements with iron. As I am not hemorrhaging monthly, iron levels should be good and adding too much can through off other levels.

Hi snoops!!!!!!!! Good to know that us older ladies don't need so much. Everything in moderation always seem to be the answer. :)

Never buy a product without checking the nutritional contents. Contents should be written on the product label and if they are not mentioned then the last thing you can opt for is either discard that product or consume it at your risk. Better quality of nutritional supplements such as glyconutrients are best in class and provide nourishment to your body and build-up the stamina.
