In order to save money, and because I really just like the taste of frozen food better, I've been freezing some of my fruit. Does this impact the nutritional value?? Thank you!

According to Victoria Boutenko, you lost 50% of the enzymes
This doesn't answer your question... but have you tried frozen grapes yet?
They are just Divine!

See if you can tune in to how the frozen fruit makes you feel, and that should be your ultimate answer to whether or not you want to continue to consume it. I personally feel frozen fruit is all good, especially when you freeze it yourself, and if you're at all worried about enzymes, blend them with a little fresh fruit.

In order to save money, and because I really just like the taste of frozen food better, I've been freezing some of my fruit. I usually find the flavor to be much less than fresh so I try to rarely freeze fruit unless I'm making ice cream or just for emergency food. Bananas can stay in the fridge for awhile to prolong them.

I really think as long as you feel good, add them to your diet..I love frozen blueberries, but yes..frozen grapes are divine as well..:).
I agree that fresh tastes a little..well fresher, but in order for you to be able to afford to stay RAW and healthy, why not freeze when some things are in abundance and inexpensive..you are still eating very well. In my humble opinion.
I do keep my bananas in the fridge as well, they look bad, but it doesn't make them taste bad at all, and apples, lots of apples available right now, I leave half out and the rest in the frige, so they don't turn mushy before I get to them.

I eat frozen fruit and it may not be as good as fresh but I like to have it on hand. I believe you still get enzymes just not as much as fresh. If you like it keep eating it. It is always better than having no fruit.
