Did my first real one today. It was great and I survived :). Wish I had done it over 10yrs ago when I read about. Now, to get DD on with it;).

I do not understand why some think it is a bit gross. They are the ones that are gross with their dirty nasal passages.
I have nice clean nasal passages. Nothing gross about that.

I woke up yesterday with a sinus headache. A quick rinse with my neti pot gave me instant relief.

I have a niece who has the same pollen allergy issues that I have and she "doesn't like sticking things up her nose," so she will not try it. I guess she'd rather sneeze and snort and take chemicals than try something that is tried and true and natural.

anyone have any problems with nosebleeds and the neti pot. Sometimes when I do the neti pot I get a nosebleed the next day
