View Full Version : Hello everyone!
Hello everyone. My name is bing.
My husband and I are planning to go raw by next week. I hope I can keep up with it. I tried it before but it only lasted a week... :p
I know it really needs discipline especially in the first few weeks. My mother has been eating raw for more than a year now. Father also had 6 months experience of eating raw(due to some medical condition).
Cooked food will tempt me by then; I still need to cook for my son. ;)

Welcome bing
It can be difficult making a transition but just think of all the love and care you are giving yourself when you eat raw foods. There's a lot of good info here and supportive folk, come on in!

I agree! It helped me when I first started at the beginning of the year to keep a journal for myself of what I was eating, how I felt, and reinforcing the reasons I went raw in the first place. You are fortunate to have your mother eating raw along with you. Welcome, and happy raw-ness to you!

Welcome to the site! I 've been raw for a couple months.
Hi all,
Thank you very much for the encouragement. We started the raw diet yesterday! :)
We still don't have a specific or planned menu. I'm thinking of making one though..to see to it that we won't be lacking any nutrients.
I hope we can endure up to the end!

You don't lack in nutrition eating raw... so just relax and eat what your body craves.
Alissa's book has a great menu in it though if you want to follow one!
Welcome to a new life of health!!!
