I love Raw Food because...

I love the way my fingers smell after preparing a meal

I love the way my eyes feel wide open and clear all the time

I love my lack of anger

I love the appreciation for food that I acquired about the time I started eating raw.

I love the way I feel alive, this is what living is all about.
I love how easy it is to feel great, if you just fuel yourself properly.
I love the way my Vita Mix makes all these really hard to digest (in SAD land) veggies into creamy wonders.
I love how my kids are into raw foods and trying things they never would've before.
I love my husband for, even though he won't go "all raw with me", supporting me and treasuring his green smoothie breakfasts with me.
