Starting tomorrow, I'm doing green smoothies only until Saturday the 16th when I will be going on a date with DH the 2nd half of the day.

I wish you the best of luck!! I tried to do it last week,and I bomb out. I did one day of nothing but green smoothies, and by the end of the night, I had a huge headache and I was so tired, I am just a wimp. Maybe on your next one I will try and do it with you. You look great for having 7 kids!! :)

Sherah, I would love to join you on this...but what do I do..only consume smoothies all day long? How many am I allowed, as much as I want or need or a certain amount? I need this...fell of the 100% wagon two weeks ago and can't seem to stay on it...please let me know..i am so in...

Oh maybe - I need to do something, as I can't seem to stop eating garbage all of a sudden. But I can't start tomorrow, as I'm flying, and ya know how they are about liquids... but Sunday I might jump in for a bit. It's hard for me to eat at school, and would probably not be any harder to drink than to eat, so it might work for me, and I definitely need something to get me back to raw. I feel like a slug.

ROFL @ the slug comment!! That is SO me too. =) Sunday would be great, you could totally do it from Sunday to Saturday - and I found last time, that as long as I was PREPARED - as in making the smoothie the night before - I could totally grab & go and it would keep me satiated most of the day.
The challenge is that ONLY green smoothies and water pass your lips. At times I found myself craving OJ and I did justify it cuz it is "raw" and obviously super healthy for you BUT - I also found that once I made that exception psychologically it was REALLY hard not to start eating everything else raw, and THEN I wanted to eat everything NOT raw. So it was a spiral for me, and thus the strictness of ONLY green smoothies.
Including ground flax seed and always using bananas as a base really filled me up - make sure it is CHOCK-full of fruit with greens added in, not the other way around.
I got all my greens today and am excited to start fresh and new tomorrow!!! Thanks for your comments, guys, and for wanting to do it too - I found that it really jumpstarts me back to eating raw because it gets all the sugars and other things out of my taste buds and the cravings totally go away.
