Yikes! I'm having trouble thinking straight. I have so much to do...so much homework, so many classes. When I teach, I'm getting my words all jumbled up. I need brain food. I need food that will help me talk intelligently, if possible. Suggestions? Please, I can't afford to sound like an airhead.

Make sure you're eating enough carbohydrates from fruit and balancing the sugar out with mineral rich greens and healthy fats. You can also drink gotu kola tea.
Running out the door so it has to be quick. Good luck!

Agreed with Melanie: make sure you're eating enough or your brain will certainly go foggy. Also almonds and chocolate.
I love it how the healthy foods in raw are so darn tasty! :D

Tell your brain that you love her while massaging your scalp. Works every time. :)

Thanks everyone! What wonderful suggestions--gotu kola tea sounds intriguing, as does almonds & chocolate, and a head message! You are all wonderful :D

I don't know if it works or not... but E3Live has a brain product.
I got some E3Live a few weeks ago... I've notice absolutely NO difference in anything. So I'm not a good one to promote it LOL
