You might think I'm crazy, but I love chocolate and am always concocting new and delicious things with this (raw cacao that is).

There's alot here, but probably jsut a fraction of my arsenal. Sorry I eat chocoalte every day and I don't care what anyone else thinks about that!!!!

I have (raw of course) Chocolate Ganache in my frig for "emergencies". It's gotten me thru just about any craving!!!
