Hi everyone!

My name is Mia and I'm learning to transition my lifestyle into a raw lifestyle, with the exception of some baked sprouts, beanie soups and crusty baked deserts [very rarely on the deserts].

I'm a mother of three who grew up in a family of meat eaters, but I've managed to turn them into veggie and fruit appreciators. I think once they get into juicing and shopping for seasonal veggies they'll love it and quit possibly won't look back.

I've chosen this lifestyle to assist with clearing my mind and body of any impurities, so that my Temple feels constant love and respect from me and my choices. It hasn't been easy, but I'm learning and enjoying the weight loss.

Hope to get to know all of you and swap recipes :)

I do hope that we can get you off those srusty baked deserts.
What are baked sprouts (just curious).
You doing well so far but I know that you can be even better in the future.

Sport, I too want to give up deserts. They aren't an integral part of my diet, just something I grew up with, so i suppose it's a nature v.s nurture scenario. I'm not addicted, I'm sure once I get a little more used to my fruit options I'll be fine. Oh, and by "baked sprouts" I meant baked loaves of sprout bread. I have yet to try them in their fresh sprouted form. I'm sure you guys have alternate uses for sprouts, which is why I'm here; I'd love to learn :)
