in my previous diets i have been a starch addict

so i'll find myself eating three bowls of peas in a day.

yum but gets boring. probably some people will think eating all that starch is bad, maybe not, anyway, i was hoping to livin up my starchy foods.

right now i eat
peas
buckwheat
hulless or steel-cut oats
corn on ocassion
lentils sprouted

i'm bored of these things(they're good but i'm still bored). i tend to go for simple so i mainly eat these things with of some kind of seasoning and that's it

i'm open to
millet
quinoa
amaranth
etc
anything that tastes good and that i can just soak and eat or sprout slightly.
does anyone have suggestions on what's good?

Quinoa is so simple to sprout. It is sprouting the day after you soak it.
I have no experience with the others.
