I have been on a dieting roller coaster for the past 7 years. Total weight loss zero, gain; around 30 more pounds. I have pcos, classic symtoms and just tired of being addicted to foods. Maybe its our abundence culture, the way its processed, or just me. Who knows, but I am ready for a change.
About me: I work for walmart and I was darn lucky to get that job! I have 2 degrees and working on my 2nd masters and had to lie about my education to get this low paying job. We live in a very bad area where many jobs are gone. My DH lost his job 2 years ago and has not been able to find another. We blew our savings in less than 2 years.
When I go food shopping I see that I graviate to the cheaper junk; and it leaves me wanting more, and to fill my stomach with a huge amount to be satisfied.

Well thats about it, if you have a question just ask!

Hi and welcome.
Eating healthily will save you money in the long run as you will save on medical bills. I am not even registered with a doctor.
Is there any way that you can get cheaper food. Do they do produce in your walmart. What do they do with the food that is a little old. Sometimes you can get good bargains this way especially in bananas.
