Sweet!!! No one I know around here got more than a few cherry tomatoes. Nothing else was able to ripen and now it is too late.

I'm guessing you are going to slice and dehydrate some of those...? :)

That's exactly what I'm doing - I even had to break out my little thrift store find, a 4 tray Excalibur. This is her maiden voyage. So, I've got both dehydrators going.

I took Aleesha's suggestion this morning and made tomato juice. I added 2 stalks celery, some cilantro and 1 jalapeno. Ooooh, that was too hot - I won't add that much again, but boy was it good! I really enjoyed it.

We gave a lot of the toms away today to family and friends as we've got lots more coming on yet.

Too bad we all don't live close by, I'd sure love to share! *Ü*
