I was waiting so see if someone would start and October faster thread.... I'm so exited about my day one which was yesterday, that I just wanted to share.
I started on just drinking water throughout the day, at lease 160 oz and by 8:00pm I'd squeezed one lemon in water (no mayple syrup) and drank it. That alone made me strong enough to make it through the night.
I really want my body to heal and rest and "trying" to eat raw was slowing down the process. I say trying because I was slipping too much. I belive my chances of slipping while juicing are slim. Plus, I'm a little too busy this weekend to do what I did yeaterday so juicing and drinking smoothies would be better.
Anyone want to join me ?
