What a wonderful and devoted husband. You exemplify the "grow together" part of marriage. :)

I think after an initial 2 week detox, you will come to like raw. I had fell off the bandwagon when a SAD eater moved in after some maritial issues (I couldnt let my friend be alone).

Then I bought a condo and started getting up at 4 am so I could catch the 5.15 train in.

Basically, after going back to SAD, I found that my chronic cough has come back, I can gain 10 lbs in 3 weeks, I am tired, and my hemoglobin is too low. Now, how can a fat woman be anemic if I am eating meat and veggies and cooked foods.

The one time i did raw I had boundless energy and my hemoglobin was normal. Why, because I was eating mineral and vitamin rich food with vitamin C to help it absorb(my green juices had spinach and lemon in it)

So, what i am saying is keep track of your numbers (medical and weight) and how you feel.
