Yum! I love fruit and so does my daughter!

However, I want to know is it possable to eat too much fruit? Should there be a limit on how much fresh fruit we consume in one day??

In general there shouldn't be any need to limit your fruit intake. Just remember to consume lots of nutrient dense foods as well (like greens).
As long as you and your daughter feel fine, there's no need to worry about it.

I personally can't eat too many sweet fruits. But there are others who thrives on a high fruit diet. It's an individual thing. Trust you body.

I third that.
I eat mostly fruit but I make sure that I get greens and celery (for sodium). I also use some seeds to boost my Essential Fatty Acids.

well. I try to eat fruits only in the morning to midday. And I eat fruits with greens, and lots of them, and you have to eat fruits on an empty stomach except if you have leafy greens or celery.

Fruits digest quicker than anything else, and greens are the only compliment they shd be taken with, but I think also some low starch veggies can mix as well. Melons shd be eaten alone, without any other fruit because they digest fastest. Mixing sweet with acid fruits can also cause problems. Sweets can mix (depending on which) with subacid, like apples, again depending on their acidity.

For me eating too much fruits doesn't make way for eating other stuff throughout the day like greens, complex carbs and proteins. And the fact that fruit digests quickly, combined with that fructose turns into fat when your body is low on carbs in the liver, I can't eat too much of them without feeling like I'm just getting fat and not getting other much needed nutrients, which is why I try to eat them only in the morning. Eating them in the morning is a plus though, since they turn into fat so quickly it means they can store their energy into fats which is good for short periods of fasting like when I can't eat since I'm at work or studying. I think if it feels just like empty carbs, and you're just getting fat then it's a big too much.

Though they might be some of the densest raw food in calories but I haven't read much of stuff on the raw diet, so I'm just doing what I feel is best, and I'll stick to complex carbs rather than being mostly fruitarian. It might be good though if I was just eating greens, and low fat, but never mix fat with fruits. Not a good combo.

Some people really don't do well with fruits but others this is the opposite, they needs as much fruits as possible.

If you crave for them, go for it, it is your body sending you the signal that it needs them.

I don't do well without fruits and i need them especially mornings.

Victorial Butenko found that we have a closed dna to an animal that consume up to near 50% of fruit in their diet (small portion of insect) and 50% of green.

Enjoy your fruits and eat them with total peace. If your body is sending you different signal, listen to her.

No never limit the amount of fruit you eat or else you will be back on cooked food and what is healthier? Cooked food or fruit? That's an obvious one.

We can...

* Eat too fast
* Eat unripe fruit
* Eat on a dehydrated system
* Eat too late at night

All of these factors don't make us feel the best.

But we can't overeat of fruit, the water content of fruit basically makes it impossible to do so and I should be obese if that is the case because I eat more fruit than any female I know (& thats probably on the planet..) I eat up to 50 bananas a day. Overeating implies one is heading for obesity, I'm far from it :)
