Welcome to the Monthly Raw Challenge!

We're excited about this new area of the forum that is specifically for those of you who are eager to commit to a month of eating 100% raw foods and seeing miraculous results!

WE (one of the moderators) will start a new challenge thread on the first of every month.

We want the focus of these monthly challenge threads to be on staying raw and accountability. Therefore, if you have eaten all raw and then slip up and have something cooked, we don’t want you to beat yourself up over it or dwell on it, but this is not space to discuss it. You are more than welcome to document it in your journal/blog or ask for help in the discussion area, but it is not necessary (and not allowed) to discuss your slip-up here in the challenge threads, just get right back on track and keep going!

In the event that you feel you are not quite ready to fully commit to the challenge and you find yourself having slip-ups often, then please join us again during the following month. Of course you are still more than welcome to participate on other parts of the forum, but we would really like to keep this section dedicated to those who are committed to doing 30 days 100% raw.

Still going strong, no cheats. I know it has not even been a week yet, but I am soooo proud of myself for sticking with it this long. I have been a serious carnivore for over 40 years and don't get me started on fried foods and dairy :D

As I have stated before I seem to be less hungry now eating raw than I was eating cooked. I make sure that each day I have at least one smoothie with lots of greens and fruit along with one prepared raw meal lots of fresh juice and water.

I have found the most delicious Vegan Raw Parmesan Cheese at WH. It is by the company Eat In The Raw, they have two flavors Original and Chipolte. They taste great, I have been eating it out of the container.

Anyway what I am eating today;
Zuchinni Pasta with Marinara Sauce
Smoothie ( broccoli, Spinach, Kale Frozen Strawberries and a banana)
Fresh Fruit (Asian Apples and Green Plums)
lots of water and Fresh Fruit Juice.

Hi everyone!

1L lemon water
Fruit salad of peach, pear, banana, coconut, goji berries and maca
Salad of green lettuce, cucumber, carrot, and cabbage with cucumber/cilantro/basil dressing
Avocado with truffle oil
Banana and grapes
Went out to dinner with friends to an organic vegan spot and had raw seaweed tartare and a green salad with four types of sprouts plus a beetroot/carrot/celery juice (came with a cardboard straw!)
Chocolate-carob mousse

welp today has been....

lots of water!
B-banana and orange
L-green smoothie
S-flax crackers
D-zucc pasta and marinara... yum!
also a little bit of mexican hot mylk... i'm in love with this!
probably going to have a little more mylk here in a little bit too.

starting to notice detox a bit today.... my face is breaking out and i've had slight light headedness and headaches today. but did some core pilates and feeling good overall!

it is so interesting to see how other people eat, everyone is so unique! i love it!

Still going strong!

Today was a lemon water fast for me today. My spirit and body needed to do another one, just wanted to do a good week of healthy solids to detox before launching into the lemon water. I have some things to heal so am trying to give my body the tools and rest it needs.

Mangoes, avocados and raw hummus :)

my go to staples when I'm really hungry. One week almost done and feeling good.
