I made this weird recipe the other day. Have been trying to make a good sattvic curry recipe. This one works well.

Just make some mung bean sprouts, I prefer them only sprouted about a day, having small tails. The smaller the starchier and more protein rich. I try to keep them less than an inch.

So just add cumin, lemon and nama shoyu.

The other day I also added some raw oat groats after soaking them. Pretty good.

So you can add anything else to this really, it's just a base.
