My daughter is a college student (college food) and for her sociology class she must eat raw for a month. How would she go about starting eating only raw? All she has in her dorm room is a microwave and a small fridge (she's also broke).
Oh, forgot - very picky eater.
Thanks for any suggestions

She can do it.
I would suggest that she concentrate her efforts on mainly fruit. Melons and bananas are great and she can live on these alone for a month but she has to make sure that she is getting enough calories.
Has she a blender. She should have a green smoothie for breakfast and include some seeds in it. Then she can eat fruit for the rest of the day.
That is actually my diet so maybe I will come over and do it for her.

Thank you so much for your response. How would she make a green smoothie?

Salads are Always Easy and a Picky Eater can PICK and Choose what's in it.

How would she make a green smoothie?
There is no reason why she can not have a blender in her room.
Her smoothie can be as simple as 3 bananas in water and a head of lettuce (or a bag of spinach) with a small handful of sunflower seeds. It would keep her going for hours and give her some needed minerals.
