If Kashi granola is raw, I'll turn into a purple glow-in-the-dark monkey. :p Conventional granola is baked and Kashi's has quite a bit of sugar added to it and also vegetable oil (canola, worst of the worst).
Check out the nutrition facts. Nothing raw or remotely healthy about this stuff, just another sugary health food knock off. http://www.kashi.com/products/kashi_granola_mountain_medley
Kashi has been owned by Kelloggs for quite a while now.

It says "minimially processed raw grains", but those grains have to be cooked. Probably too processed to still be sproutable.
I used to eat Kashi foods before going raw when I was just beginning my search for a healthy diet. Kashi never failed to give me heartburn. I don't think grains are meant to be combined, at least not in my stomach.
I actually did soak these grains once in water and ate it all the next day. Wasn't bad. It was all soft.
I just want to know if it's raw. Maybe I'll call the company.
they're not raw... I just got an email from them saying that ti's not raw. sprouting it out of the question then..
