I was wondering about people's opinions of vitamineral that Alissa sells on her website. I know ideally we should be getting everything from food, but I don't think it's possible these days after all we've done to our earth and soil. Is this a good supplement?? I'm prone to anemia, so making sure I get enough iron is important, but I'd also like to making sure I'm getting my vitamin D and everything else!

Thanks,
Jolie

Vitamineral Green actually is a food. It's always been one of the most popular raw supplements available.

Both Vitamineral Green and Ormus Greens are awesome products. The best products of their kind in my opinion. You can't go wrong with either one really.
If you are going to drink it straight with just water then Ormus Greens is a bit more pleasurable for most people (unless you can't stand stevia).
I personally prefer Vitamineral Green though. But as I said, both products are great.

I LIKE VitamineralGreen!!!!!!!!! :D A heaping Tablespoon provides 4.4 grams of protein, 150% RDA Iron, 33% RDA of Calcium, with a load of micronutrients, too.

I put it in green smoothies, or straight in coconut water. For a quick meal I blend it in water with a peeled, seeded orange. Makes it tastier, and the Vitamin C in the citrus helps the body utilize the iron.
