I had a difficult bm a couple of days ago and now my colon is very, very sore like never before.
I have one of those blue belts that i wear to help me lose weight so i put it around my belly and it helps some but the soreness is still there.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so what did you do to help.
It came upon on me so quickly today, thought i would cry.
It's like i injured my colon, that's the way it feels.
I have had a lot of problems with constipation and it felt like a blockage in there or something.
