Hi everyone...long time no see!

I've decided to start taking some supplements, because a) I stopped eating raw after moving to Korea. But I'm moving back in that direction... and b) my skin is in absolute chaos, so I can't even imagine how ill the inside of my body is.

SO..I think I'd like to start taking Vitamin A and Zinc, as well as a good probiotic for starters. Can anyone recommend a particular brand or dosage of these things? Are there any other supplements you'd recommend?

Thank you!

I kept track of my food on fitday.com for awhile. My Vitamin A intake was off the charts, so was most everything else. The only nutrients absent were B12 and VitD. I supplement those with Jarrows Formulas Methyl B12 chewable lozenges and Source Naturals Vitamin D-3 a bio-active liquid form.

For probiotics, I recently added a jar of raw sauerkraut to my fridge and eat a few bites 2-3 times a week.

I was about to make the same point. My Vit A is off the charts every day. It must be impossible to be deficient. My reading for yesterday was 2046%.
I also supplement Vit D and B12.

The most popular brand in my Hometown in New Zealand is the Maxalife. Most especially their dietary supplements. I not quite sure if they global in market. But they have various great supplements..
