I'm on my third day of water fasting and I want to share how I felt those days.
I felt depressed, apathetic, low on energy, today I fell a bit dizzy too.
I did aerobics too, so I was tired and slept about 12 hours everyday.
Tomorrow it's back to work for me, so I plan to break the fast, but on the other hand I want to continue as long as possible (maybe a 10 day fast).
The thing that conserns me is the bad breath smell (as I work with people), I know it sounds stupid and funny:rolleyes:
I'm planning to break it this way, for the next two days I'll eat:
breakfast - an apple
lunch - a salad
dinner - an onion soup
then on day 3 I'll be back on my regular diet
Is it ok?
and did those 3 days do any good to my body?

I personally would feel terrible breaking a fast like that. Perhaps you should visit the fasting thread to see how to break your fast the right way to be kind to your body.....especially if you'd like to extend your fast...

ouch is all I can say... you poooooooooor sleeping digestion :(

how about breaking it with a day or two of raw live juices... and then on the third day having some soft fruit for the day... much better for you. much.

and... yes those three days did heaps for your body!!! it gifted it a rest. a time off. a mini-vacation.
