I'm trying to burn body fat and I was wanting to know how much food is too much! I make sure I don't overeat, but I could still be having too much calories! I exercise for inleast 45 minutes to a hour 5-6 days a week with kettlebell exercises! My weight is around 130 lbs and I'm like 5'5.
Here is a Idea of what I eat!

Before I exercise: I have 1c. of greentea with a little of raw honey!

Breakfast: Smoothie w/2 Bananas, 1c. of raw spinach, 1 serv. hemp protein, 1Tbsp of coconut oil, and 1c. of almond milk.

Lunch: Salad w/ 1c. raw corn, 3/4 c. broccoli, 1/4c. carrot, 1 avocado and a little pinch of sea salt.

Snack: Smoothie w/2 Bananas, 1/2 c. of blueberries, 1 serv. hemp protein,
1c. of almond milk.

Supper: Salad w/ 3c. of Romaine, shreaded carrot, chopped onion, 1/4c. raw sunflowerseeds, 1 Tbsp extra virgin first cold pressed olive oil and some lemon juice.

Snack: I know this isn't raw, but I have a hard time digesting raw nuts and seeds and I need some more protein to build muscle and burn fat! I'm also having a skin problem that looks like eczema and that's what the coconut oil is for. So for my late night snack I eat 1c. of home cooked beans! I have to have a snack sometime before bed because if I don't sometimes my blood sugar will drop and I stand a chance of having a mild seizure! Having a snack like this and having some good fats throughout the day keeps me from having seizures!

So does anyone know if I'm eating too much or not! I'm not gaining anything, but I'm not sure I'm burning anything either! Thanks for anyones time! Have a great day!

I'd suggest not eating so much fat. I'd cut out most of the oil, except for salad dressing, and most of the nuts. I'd keep a little of the hemp protein.

If you have a difficult time digesting raw nuts, have you tried soaking them? Also, it seems as if you have way too much fat in your daily diet. When I first went raw, I did a lot of nuts to feel full and I didn't derive the benefits of a raw diet until I cut out the nuts and avocados.

I would also suggest more fruit for calories and carbs in place of all the fats.

I think you're doing well on what you're doing. Keep it up!

I agree with the coconut oil. How's that working for you? My husband found that drinking the water of the coconut made a MAJOR difference in his skin. Have you found the oil to work as well? Since he's tired of the water (not to mention cost of coconuts ~ which is actually less than a cup of coffee which, no, he'll not give up ~ I suggested the oil). The oil is considered a "fat burner" as well.
