So I love bananas
I feel great after I eat them. They're an easy snack at school. And they're very cheap. I can get a 4 pound bag of them for a dollar at my supermarket. But I heard they're not so good to eat because of the sugar. So is it alright to eat 8-10 a day? It helps with the calorie requirements, and it keeps me from going to and overeating my honey and cacao. What do you think?

Also, I can't afford Organic foods. I don't live close to an organic market or farmers market, and most of the time it's more expensive. So would it be alright to eat conventional fruits and vegetable?

Thank you.

Also, I'm running out of money and am probably gonna have to live off bananas. Would this be safe for about a week?

There is another forum where they have a section called "banana island" and this is a "place" for people who are temporarily eating nothing but bananas. It is like going on a green smoothie fast but they go on a banana fast.
They do this because they think that it is a healthy thing to do.
You will have to think of yourself on Banana Island.

High carb eating regimens work great!! but only if you're keeping your fat intake super super low.

I don't eat any oil (a refined food), and when I do have nuts/seeds/avo/durian, it's not something that's happening everyday.

When people first transition to raw or a vegan diet, high fat helps to ease you into it and not make the emotions so high. Go at whatever pace you'd like :)
