I've recently started a horticulture course and in the afternoons i'm doing heavy practical work so need plenty of energy.
I'm trying to transition to low fat raw from quite high fat raw, and so far have just been taking lots of fruit for lunch, but would like a bit more variety.
anyone have any suggestions?
