I am 58 now and I do not need youthing. I am happy to just stand still as everybody else of my age is going downhill.

Sport-- I like that statement --that you are happy to stand still as everybody else of your age is going downhill!! That is great!! I'm 53 and just went raw 7 weeks ago.

46, last yr. My had passed away 2 yrs b4, we were homeschooling and I was so depressed. My wt was not getting betting, insomnia, crankiness. etc. I knew I needed something but couldn't get any help from anyone, the kind I wanted. I did a search for natural treatment for depression. Raw food lifestyle came up!!! I read it, decided to try bc I've been a veggie for 17 yrs so it was just adjusting how I ate it. It's been wonderful. I sleep more now, handle things a little better, wt down, will sing or dance occ now!! It's been a lifesaver.

I'm only about 75% raw soo.. i'm not exactly fully in for it yet. But i'm 17, I learned of it at 16. Once I get to 100%..I can't wait to see how I look at 50!

I have been a vegetarian since age 7, I am now 23 and in the process of going raw... I learned about raw about a year ago, I've been doing a ton of research and experimenting with recipes. It's been a gradual process for me but hopefully I will be 100% in the near future!
