getting rid of white surgical scars with msm

Does anyone know if using msm internally gets rid of white surgical scars? I heard David Wolfe once got rid of a surgical scar he had doing this. Also, can eating raw get rid of a raised ridge growing down a thumbnail and stretchmarks?:confused:

I've only been raw 3 months, but my scars appearances are changing. They went pinker at first and now they are fading SO much.
