What can I order at a Japanese Restaurant?

Would it be weird for me to ask for sushi without rice? Is there something on the menu like that? I usually only get mango, cucumber, avocado, since I dont' eat fish. Is there anything else I could order?

when I went with my hubby I would get a salad.

sometimes as a treat the chef would make me a raw wrap... wrapped in cucumber slices... it was lovely.
