Hi! Just wondering if anyone has taken any classes at 105degrees - I'm thinking of enrolling and wanted to get some feedback from others on the school. Anyone attended? Thanks!

As this is Alissa Cohen's FREE site and she teaches classes.... interesting why your first post here would be about someone else's classes. Hmmmm.

Oops, my apologies! No disrespect meant - I didn't realize this site was devoted entirely to Alissa. It was late at night and I was just searching for raw forums online. :) Please disregard my question!!

Might want to read her "Rules for Posting" and ummm, hmph... oh! her mission statement. We've all run aground here at some time or other.

An aside that I find interesting is that the 105 degrees was set up by Matthew Kemmy and just before he set that up he was involved in setting up the 118 degrees restaurant in Orlando.
Now there is a 13 degree shift in his ideal food temperature in a very short time.
I wonder why.

I would love to take the class. Just can't afford it. Have eaten at 105 degrees resturant a couple of times and loved everything I have tried. Where do you live? Welcome to the forum. New people are always welcome.
