HELLO ALL

I am hoping to find some suggestions here. I am almost 100 % raw and new too this website. I "suffer" from IBS, Fibromyalgia, and celiac disease. I guess I am looking to find another person "like " me who cannot eat heavy foods--though I would like too. I am an overeater in recovery too:) Thank God!! Anywho--Spicy foods upset my stomach too much. I food combine and take care into food prep but I am getting very bored with my fruit and veggie and flax oil lifestyle--esp now in cold New England. Any suggestions would be so appreciated. (I do not have a dehydrator yet--sorta fearful I will get stomach problems with the food??)
