I am needing less food these days:
(Oranges, mango, strawberries, fresh mint, coconut water)
Post Work out:
Banana Chocolate Mylkshake - so good!
(Cabbage, carrots, peppers, green onions, cucumber, peanut)
Ceviche, no fish, just vegetables with citrus juices

D-As always whatever I get to
Want to have my dehydrated chips,but they came out nasty.YUCK.But then they called for golden potato's and I used regular.I'll try again once I forget about how bad they tasted lol. Havent had much luck with the dehydrator and food isnt exsactly free,so its makeing me leary to try stuff,and my car broke down right after the frige went,makes it hard to run out and get replacment ingredients,yep the brakes and the head gasket blew .
It's been fun:cool:,but I have stayed raw just the same,even though it's been a bit of a setback.
I really want to try and make a pizza crust in it.Does anyone have a simple cheap pizza crust recipie that is fool proof ? ;) or one for bread? I have one for sweet onion bread,but to be honest I am lost on what to do with the buckwheat grouts I bought and they say toasted ,so now I think I bought the wrong kind maybe?
Other then that my energy is awesome,going to weigh in tonight,so we will see how that goes.
