Doing a 90 day raw living foods internship at Creative Health Institute

Hi everyone,
This is Amy from San Francisco. I'm 48, vegan since 1999, vegetarian since 1976 and chubby!!! I just got invited to do a 90 day internship at Creative Health Institute including an Alissa training program, starting Sept 15th. I will be blogging about it and I'm so nervous to be committed to raw during fall/winter in Michigan.
