I sure do! Does fudge count? Here is a simple recipe based on a recipe from Cafe Gratitude - A New World of Raw Dessert". That book has amazing desserts and candy.
Raw Cacao Fudge
1 cup melted cacao butter (that takes 2-4 cup grated cacao butter depending on how fine you grate it)
3 vanilla beans (scraped insides only)
1 cup agave syrup
8 ounces cacao powder (by weight)
3/4 cup almond butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add melted cacao butter and vanilla bean (seeds only) to the blender and blend until vanilla is broken down. Pour into large mixing bowl, stir in salt, agave, and almond butter by hand. Add the cacao powder and stir by hand until smooth. Transfer mixture to a pan lined with plastic wrap or wax paper. (Very important or fudge will be a mess.) Smooth the top. Set in fridge or freezer for 20 minutes. Remove the fudge and put on cutting board. Cut into sizes desired.
Fudge should be stored in the fridge. Stays yummy for 2-4 weeks.
You can substitute other nut butters in place of almond butter.
You can also add any dried fruits and chopped nuts. My favorite is simply to place pecans on top immediately after smoothing, before putting in fridge. After chilling, I cut fudge into small rectangles with a whole pecan on each piece.

Super easy recipes:
Fudge
Cacao Powder
Agave
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Bit water
Mix in bowl. Either eat as is with a spoon or you can separate them into balls and freeze.
Candy
Dried Fruit
Cacao beans
Coconut oil
Salt
Make a small slice in the ends of the dried fruits. Remove pits. Take a dab of coconut oil & salt & put it on the end of a cacoa bean. Place cacoa bean in the dried fruit.

When I was transitioning I made chocolate many times but I added chopped cashews and soaked gogi berries to it to give it a little extra.
