white pizza (I can't eat tomatoes)
I don't have an exact recipe, I just eyeball it, but here are the basic ingredients:
sprouted buckwheat and wheatberries (usu about 3days or so)
ground flaxseed
olive oil
salt
basil
oregano
garlic
thyme
blend in the FP and add enough water to make a dough
spread on teflex and dehydrate
I keep these in the freezer for basically "end of week" days when the fresh food is at it's lowest or on days that I need something QUICK.
I made a batch of Alissa's swiss cheeze and added basil and oregano for an italian flavor. I put 1 bulb fresh garlic-minced and a touch of olive oil and salt on the pizza crust, then spread the cheeze on. It would be totally AWESOME to add fresh tomatoes at this stage if you can eat them. Then I dehydrated just for a few hours.
Other favs are marinated eggplant, Golden Cabbage, spinach nut loaf, Gus's Rawlmond Joys, and 12 Tribes Parsely Dressing. I posted the recipes on this (http://rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=61367&highlight=loaf&page=2)thread recently
ohh this sounds yummy, got to start my sprouts so they will be ready by the time the pkg arrives. thanks:)
