There are so many I am not sure where to try so I thought I would ask all of you ... if you had to pick ONE favorite recipe from Alissa's book, which one would it be??
So far, I have only made the fudge balls myself - they are delicious and have totally seen me through my chocolate cravings for sure!

Marinara sauce - I love it over zucchini angel hair, mix them together then warm it a little bit. It's also great as pizza sauce on a raw crust or even raw onion bread as the base.

Alissa's Zucchini Hummous is absolutely amazing. I tend to un-cook by instinct in terms of amounts, so after perfecting the recipe a few times I mistakenly chose a much bigger zucchini, as I greedily wanted to make more...and it ended up tasting like bad breath. So the next time I added a lot more tahini and ended up with a bitter, salty, sticky mess. When I get the proportions right it is absolutely scrumptious and satiating. I dip into it with carrots.
