I go raw for a short amount of time, (i'm only able to go 6 days at a time), and then I eat something cooked. The first difference I notice is head pressure, not a headache, but a tightness in my head, like my brain is contracting... anybody know about what this could be?? It's driving me insane, and making me feel like cooked food is causing some kind of neurological difference that may be unknown, or maybe just unknown to me. Could it be a lack of circulation? It's very instant, like 5 minutes after I eat. What could this be?

I can TOTALLY relate, but have no idea what the cause is. My only thought is sodium and/or chemicals.

It's not something I've experienced, but my first two thoughts would be spiking blood pressure or spiking blood sugar. Third might be hypersensitivity to a food item or a substance. I'm leaning towards the first two since raw does keep your blood pressure levels very even as it does with blood sugar levels.

perhaps it's your body saying "please don't feel me cooked food anymore!"
