I'm back!

Gosh! It's been a little over a year, but I'm back. I think the winter with all of it's comfort foods and warm foods really gets hold of me. Then summer comes, my diet gets better but I love my wine. Then September, back to school and I feel the need to detox! I have an organic garden now and that's helped me get back into this. I'm starting fresh today and back to Raw. Wish me luck:)

Growing things in your garden is the best...I guess that is the benefit to living in the middle of nowhere; you have all the space in the world. Best of luck with your journey!
